1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Cloudamo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to reflect changes in our Nextcloud offerings or legal requirements.

2. Service Guarantee & Uptime

We guarantee a 99.99% monthly network uptime for our Managed Nextcloud instances. In the event of service interruption exceeding this threshold, customers may be eligible for service credits as defined in our SLA document.

  • 99.9% to 99.99% uptime: 5% Credit
  • 99.5% to 99.89% uptime: 15% Credit
  • Below 99% uptime: 50% Credit

3. Prohibited Content (AUP)

Users may not use Cloudamo infrastructure for illegal activities, including but not limited to: Spamming, Hosting Malware, Copyright Infringement (DMCA), or DDoS attacks. Violation results in immediate suspension to protect the integrity of the network.

4. Privacy & Data Handling

Your data privacy is our absolute priority. We utilize industry-standard encryption and do not scan, data-mine, or sell customer data to third parties. Our servers are fully GDPR compliant, ensuring your corporate and personal files are safe.
